No. Your reports are your work product. After cancellation your account goes read-only — you keep access to everything you've already created — and data is retained per our retention policy rather than deleted on cancel.
Yes — invite a property manager, facilities team, or preferred account to a branded portal where they file a First Notice of Loss with a description and photos. Each filing auto-runs the free safety scan and base read (the read costs you 1 credit) and lands in your Incoming-losses inbox as a first look. Nothing is ever lost: if you're out of credits or a client is over their submission cap, the loss is recorded and queued, then released with one tap or drained automatically when you top up. Your client sees only their own losses (received or closed) — never your pricing, internal data, or other clients.
For an account with pre-agreed terms, you can point a first-look at that specific client's own uploaded protocols and the report is augmented with their protocol-derived considerations (2 credits).
