Vigilince is operated by Vigilince, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vigilince.
The reports, photos, pricing, and data you put into Vigilince are your work product. We act as a processor of that data to provide the service. We don't sell it, and canceling your subscription doesn't delete it — your account becomes read-only and data is retained per the schedule below.
Vigilince produces a preliminary, verification-required field reference. It is not an insurance estimate, engineering report, or compliance determination. It is standards-aware but makes no compliance claim and never asserts that work meets a specific standard. Pricing comes only from your own price book — the AI never invents a number. Final professional judgment always rests with you, verified on site.
We collect the account and job data you provide to run the service, plus basic usage needed to operate and secure it. Data is hosted in the United States. Photos and job content are isolated to your organization. AI processing is performed by our model provider solely to generate your reports.
