Vigilince is operated by TM+ LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vigilince.
The reports, photos, pricing, and data you put into Vigilince are your work product, including losses an invited client files into your organization through your branded portal. We act as a processor of that data to provide the service. We don't sell it, and canceling your subscription doesn't delete it — your account becomes read-only and data is retained per the schedule below.
Vigilince produces a preliminary, verification-required field reference. It is not an insurance estimate, engineering report, or compliance determination. It is standards-aware but makes no compliance claim and never asserts that work meets a specific standard. Pricing comes only from your own price book — the AI never invents a number. Final professional judgment always rests with you, verified on site.
We collect the account and job data you provide to run the service, plus basic usage needed to operate and secure it. Data is hosted in the United States. Photos and job content are isolated to your organization. Where you invite a client to file a loss through your branded portal, that client logs in as a separate, isolated account and can see only their own submissions; the photos and details they file are stored securely and made available to your organization to act on.
